Our departure times fluctuate during the cruise ship season and will be confirmed during the booking process. If you’re concerned about the departure time, we suggest you contact us.
If for some reason (this has never happened in a decade of touring) we don’t get you back to port in time, we will make sure you get to the next port.
We simply wait for you and meet you at the same meeting point when you arrive.
We’ll run the tour even if there is only one person booked. Our fleet consists of two 19-seat Toyota Coasters, a 12-seat Ford Transit and a 12-seat Toyota Hi-Ace — all comfortable, with high roofs and air conditioning. We always leave one or two seats empty for comfort, so your vehicle will depend on bookings.

Yes! Just fill in your accommodation details during booking; if you don’t know them, give us a call on freephone 0800 BTN 000 when you get to your hotel.
This really depends on time and the tour members — the best thing is to ask your guide on the day.
Yes. We often drop clients in the city centre after our morning tours — you just make your own way back to the ship (cruise-ship shuttles leave the city centre every 15 minutes, the last generally at 4:30pm). If you’ve booked an afternoon tour and would like a city pick-up, just let us know and we’ll confirm the details.
