Terms and Conditions
Prepayment by credit card and subsequent confirmation by Back to Nature Tours (NZ) Ltd is accepted as confirmation of your booking. In the event of a cancellation or amendment to your booking, refunds will only be granted when Back to Nature Tours (NZ) receives notification at least 24 hours prior to departure. All cancellations made from credit card bookings will incur a 5% charge.
Rates quoted are in New Zealand dollars, are valid from the 1st October 2015 to 1st October 2017 and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (currently 15.0%).
Credit Card details will confirm your booking. Your credit card will be charged 20% of the tour price and your place(s) reserved as soon as your details have been submitted. Our online booking system is safe and secure and a receipt will be issued immediately. You will receive a payment request 8 weeks prior to your tour departure date.
Cancellation Policy (re-booking at no extra cost if availability permits).
-If your ship is unable to make it into Port Chalmers due to mechanical or adverse weather conditions we will fully refund your tour.
-15 days or more prior to tour – full refund
-0-14 days prior to tour – 100% charge
-Once the tour has commenced No Refund
-Failure to meet the guide at agreed pick-up point on the day of tour – No Refund
Back to Nature Tours (NZ) LTD management and guides accept no responsibility for loss, damage to, or theft of personal belongings (owners risk), or for any expenses, including medical and transport expenses arising from personal accident, injury or illness.
Back to Nature Tours reserve the right to change any itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort, weather and any other unforeseen factors.
